Overview:


TTC is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic C2SET Program Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the C2SET program, including operational, technical, financial, regulatory, reporting, security, logistics, integration, and customer discussions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Government Program Manager (PM), technical, test, and fielding teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions that meet established goals and Joint operational training commitments.
This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:


Program Management:


Manage the C2SET program in coordination with the Government C2SET PM, ensuring all aspects of the program are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate with the C2SET Government PM to ensure implemented software solutions are fully addressing established goals and commitments.

Collaboration and Coordination:


Work closely with the Government PM, technical, test, and fielding teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of program objectives.

Interface with the Government Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) on all contract-related matters, ensuring compliance and alignment with contractual obligations.

Operational Management:


Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the program, including security, logistics, and integration.

Ensure that all operational processes and procedures are in place, operationally effective, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Technical Management:


Lead and manage the technical aspects of the C2SET program, ensuring the development and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

Financial Management:


Handle all financial aspects of the program, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial regulations and guidelines.

Customer Interaction:


Engage in customer discussions to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of program progress and outcomes.

Qualifications:


A minimum of 5 years' experience as a product or program manager of a software development team, with specific experience in C5ISR Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and software development.

Education and Certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Secret Security Clearance required.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to oversee a diverse team and manage multiple facets of a complex program.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with government representatives and team members.

Proven ability to manage and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet stringent operational and technical requirements.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on achieving program objectives.
