Responsibilities
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Turn appointments into signed agreements, and skillfully advise and negotiate for clients
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
Participate in team activities and meetings
Commit to weekly coaching and/or trainings, including a weekly PLACE Partner Call
Track activities and clients within the team database
Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within first 120 days
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
Team player
Active real estate professional - LICENSED IN CT
1+ years' of real estate sales experience preferred
Learning based, growth-minded
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
