MUST HAVE MEAT CUTTING EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and grind meat, poultry, and fish to prepare for sale
Operate meat cutting and grinding equipment
Package and label products for sale
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
Follow food safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter
Knowledge of various cuts of meat and proper cutting techniques
Ability to use meat cutting and grinding equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift heavy loads
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work flexible hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
