Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and bilingual Salon Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for nails, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about services and products. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations using Vagaro. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Promote salon services and products through effective upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring it is inviting for clients. Collaborate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Assist in inventory management as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or salon environment. Strong basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a positive client relationship. Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset to work well with team members. Familiarity with Vagaro is a plus A passion for beauty, wellness, and the salon industry is highly desirable. FRIDAYS, SATURDAY, SUNDAYS and MONDAYS from 8:00am - 7pm
