Consistently follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management
Pour water; serve non-alcoholic drinks as necessary throughout the service.
Must pro-actively assist the Food Server and Management in servicing the guest's needs.
Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach.
Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations.
Maintain a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return.
Anticipate the guests' needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
Bid farewell to guests, using guest's name when known, and encourage them to return.
Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries.
Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, and department.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
Must be at least 21 years or older.
At least one 1 year of previous fast paced, high-volume restaurant operations experience.
Working knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
Work with environmental factors including noise, dust, and smoke.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
High School diploma and equivalent.
Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
Preferred:
At least 1 year experience in a restaurant as busser or Food runner.
* Previous experience working in a similar setting.
