What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas by promptly clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and special requests. Support the team by restocking supplies, including utensils, napkins, and condiments, to ensure smooth service flow. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously. Participate in catering events as needed, contributing to a seamless dining experience outside the restaurant. Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and camaraderie.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with cleaning procedures and food handling practices is essential for maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members alike. A background in hospitality or kitchen experience will give you an edge in this role.
