Edo is a modern Japanese and Korean restaurant offering sushi, poke, and hot dishes in a lively, fast-paced setting. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking

Busser / Food Runner

to support our servers, keep the dining room running smoothly, and help create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Clear, wipe, and reset tables quickly and neatly. Run food from the kitchen to guests with accuracy and care. Assist servers with water, drinks, and guest needs as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and walkways. Support the team during busy service with a positive attitude. Communicate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing smoothly.

Qualifications:

No experience required but preferred. Fast, energetic, and able to stay organized under pressure. Respectful, reliable, and team-oriented. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet for the full shift. Must be able to work nights and weekends. Interest in Japanese/Korean food or restaurant culture is a plus.

Compensation:

$17.00/hr
