Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders

- Assist with bussing and cleaning tables

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or requests promptly

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process

- Follow all health and safety regulations in the food industry

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment

- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy kitchen setting

- Willingness to help out in various areas of the restaurant or catering operation as needed

- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is a plus
