Duties

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently using proper food handling techniques Assist servers by bussing tables--removing used dishes, silverware, and trash Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support the kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed while adhering to safety standards Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils to ensure smooth service flow Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements

Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required--training will be provided! Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending comfortably Knowledge of food handling safety procedures is a plus A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment Experience working in the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory
