We are seeking a Busser/Dishwasher to join our food service team. Duties

Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and kitchen tools to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and empty glasses promptly to support smooth restaurant operations. Support food service staff by organizing clean dishes and replenishing supplies as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for meal service. Assist with cleaning duties around the restaurant or catering event spaces to uphold a tidy environment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests or other staff members.

Experience

Prior experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to grow their skills. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous. Experience in food service or hotel environments can be beneficial in understanding the fast-paced nature of the industry. Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively within a team and ensuring smooth operations. Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks diligently, and work efficiently during busy hours is important.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
