What we're looking for

in a Barback applicant:

No experience required,1 year experience in casual dining preferred

Attention to detail

Cleanliness and organization is important to you

Go-getter, positive outlook

Team player

Excellent communication

Physical Requirements of a STIR Team Member

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
