Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Busser. This position is essential in providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in hospitality and customer service.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are tidy and presentable, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for incoming guests. Provide food service support during meal times, ensuring timely delivery of orders to customers. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Adhere to food handling safety standards and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Support catering events by setting up, serving food, and cleaning up afterward as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is essential. Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or catering services is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
