THE JOB:

As a Osteria Costa Busser/ Runner, your main job is to keep your assigned section sparkling clean and ready for guests! This means removing dirty dishes and clutter from tables and making sure they're stocked with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. You'll work closely with Food Servers to deliver awesome guest service, ensuring that food gets to the table quickly and efficiently.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Keep It Clean:

Maintain the food station while ensuring everything stays neat, tidy, and sanitized!

Sanitize & Shine:

Clean and sanitize all equipment, tables, and chairs for a sparkling dining experience!

Floor Patrol:

Keep the floors debris-free by sweeping and mopping as needed, plus empty the garbage to keep things fresh!

Stock Star:

Maintain proper stock levels at the beverage station and help with stocking items from the warehouse!

Team Player:

Run food when needed and perform other tasks as requested to keep the team running smoothly!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 18 years of age Previous experience in a high volume restaurant (Preferred) Experience in a restaurant as a Busser or Food Runner (Preferred)

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:


$16.80
This is a tip eligible position.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
