Responsibilities

Efficiently deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Support the kitchen staff by handling food safely and following proper food handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and delivery carts to uphold health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests or dietary restrictions to ensure guest satisfaction. Help with general restaurant duties such as setting up tables, refilling supplies, and assisting with catering events when needed. Ensure prompt response to guest requests or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Collaborate seamlessly with team members to uphold high levels of service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn. Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members. Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during busy shifts. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and bussing techniques to maintain a tidy dining environment. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and basic kitchen operations is advantageous. Experience in hotel or food industry settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory. A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities for success in this role.
