Responsibilities

Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, kitchens, and food service stations to uphold health and safety standards Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting space for guests Help with food service tasks including setting up serving stations, delivering orders, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Collaborate with team members to support catering events, ensuring timely setup, service, and cleanup Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and addressing any special requests or concerns Maintain proper food handling practices according to industry regulations to guarantee food safety and quality Assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and storage areas to support efficient operations Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks smoothly during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards Experience with bussing tables and supporting catering events is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality operations Knowledge of the food industry's best practices for serving and sanitation Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude toward supporting restaurant or catering operations
