Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages to customers
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns
- Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Assisting with food handling and preparation as needed
- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
- Knowledge of food service and catering procedures is a plus
- Must be able to lift heavy trays and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
