Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser/ Kitchen Helper to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks, ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining cleanliness and organization while supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional food service.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Perform bussing duties by clearing tables and disposing of waste properly. Support the serving staff during meal service to ensure timely delivery of food to guests. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Experience in customer service or hospitality roles will be beneficial. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
