We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food from the kitchen to guests. Duties
Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
Support servers with food handling, plating, and presentation as needed
Ensure all food items meet quality standards before delivery
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, trays, and utensils
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service flow
Assist with basic cleaning tasks to uphold sanitation standards in dining and service areas
Help with catering setups or special events when required
Experience
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required
Familiarity with food handling, serving, and basic kitchen operations is a plus
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential
Experience with bussing or cleaning in a restaurant environment is advantageous
Knowledge of the food industry standards for safety and sanitation will be beneficial
