Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and kitchen staff by clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals. Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware in preparation for new guests. Assist servers by refilling drinks and delivering food as needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that arise. Support the overall team by assisting with various tasks as needed in both the dining room and kitchen areas. Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
