Duties

Maintain cleanliness standards by thoroughly cleaning dining areas, kitchen spaces, and service stations to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables efficiently to support smooth service flow. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks seamlessly and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to perform cleaning duties diligently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling safety practices and basic kitchen procedures is advantageous. Experience in bussing in restaurants or hotels will help you excel in this role. A proactive attitude with excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed during shifts.
