THE JOB:

As a Busperson/Backserver, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless guest experience. You'll help keep our dining room, service stations, and food areas organized, stocked, and spotless supporting our servers and ensuring every guest enjoys the high standards Stalla is known for. THE STARTING RATE:

$10.25 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with servers to ensure proper guest service. Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles. Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently. Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed. Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be 16 years or older.
