What You'll Do:
Maintain and optimize SugarCRM configurations, workflows, modules, automations and user permissions to boost performance and user adoption.
Create and deploy new CRM features that support evolving business needs.
Serve as the first point of contact for SugarCRM troubleshooting.
Evaluate and optimize other business systems across the company identifying opportunities for automation and efficiencies.
Collect, clean and analyze large datasets across multiple systems.
Build reporting processes and dashboards that track KPIs, scorecards and operational metrics.
Research and support the rollout of new tools that integrate with Pop!'s core platforms.
Manage company hardware and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience supporting CRM and business systems
Hands-on experience with SugarCRM or other major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365)
Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in CRM reporting + Google Sheets/Excel
Experience with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
Understanding of business process design, workflow automation, and systems integration
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Solid problem-solving abilities and comfort working with large datasets
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Experience supporting end users and leading training
