Business Sales Manager
to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the future of our company.
Position Overview
The
Business Sales Manager
will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the construction sector. This individual will work closely with executives, project managers, and marketing teams to build strong client relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and secure long-term contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a proven track record in construction or related industries who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure construction sectors in the Greensboro market and beyond.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, and other industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with project management and estimating teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and bids.
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Represent Nino Development at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts to the executive team.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate development, or related industries.
Strong network of industry contacts in the Greensboro/NC region (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Strong business acumen with knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Self-starter with a results-driven mentality and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
