The Business Resiliency Analyst supports the implementation and development of a comprehensive business resiliency strategy program and plans that support response, develop resiliency and enables recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Accountabilities:

• Uses the established framework and methodology to manage all business resiliency life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, plan creation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates.
• Administers the business resiliency databases/software for business resiliency life cycle activities.
• Assists Bank business units to determine critical business processes, identifies acceptable recovery time periods, identifies and maintains records required for recovery in off-site storage and ascertains resources required for the successful resiliency of Bank operations in the event of a disaster.
• Assists in identification and definition of records.
• Coordinates the periodic review, validation and workflow testing of documented business resiliency and disaster recovery plans.
• Participates in organization-wide training and communications.
• Supports departmental internal controls and internal audit and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations.
• Supports program activities in retention and/or disposal of records.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related experience.
• CBCP designation preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to collaborate with different levels of staff across the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related field preferred.

Compensation Range: Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 This salary range represents the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire. Offer to be determined by selected applicant\xe2\x80\x99s education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This role is also eligible to participate in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s annual incentive plan.
