expertise. In this role, you'll support operational and strategic decision-making by transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights, interactive dashboards, and actionable recommendations.###

What You'll Do



Analyze large datasets to uncover business insights, trends, and potential issues. Design, develop, validate, and maintain self-service BI reports, dashboards, extracts, and visualizations--

with a strong emphasis on Power BI

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand reporting needs and deliver high-value BI solutions. Serve as a subject matter expert on operational data, BI processes, and data utilization across the business unit. Provide guidance on BI tools, data sources, and reporting best practices. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with BI program teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications



Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related quantitative field. Graduate degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum

2 years

in a reporting or analytical role. Healthcare or insurance reporting experience required; medical group or hospital experience preferred.

Required Skills



Strong proficiency in

Power BI

, Excel, PowerPivot, and other Microsoft platforms. Intermediate knowledge of statistics and analytic methodologies. Ability to extract, integrate, and interpret data from multiple sources. Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

Detail-oriented with strong listening and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to engineer and automate data-driven solutions. Understanding of healthcare operations, including physicians, medical groups, and hospitals. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across teams. Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Preferred Skills



Experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects (Universes, WEBI, Information Steward, Lumira).
