Job Description

This role is open to crew in both Pennsylvania and Arizona.
As a Business Project Specialist, you will lead small to medium enterprise-wide fund events from start to finish, partnering with key business areas like PRD, Workplace Solutions, and FAS. The specialist ensures smooth transitions from research to implementation, handles timelines and risks, and provides strategic input on new product integration. You will assist in mentoring crew, and help improve global product implementation processes by applying deep business knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities



Handles a project or workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Ensures strategies are aligned with the overall department strategy. Communicates project status and issues regularly to collaborators, including leaders, team members, and senior managers. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project partners. Influences key decisions across partner groups. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues; communicate solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting preferred . Fund Accounting and Fund Product acumen is preferred. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience with MS tools, PowerBi, SharePoint and Appian preferred.
