The M3P program is a new Medicare benefit program, assisting seniors with paying for prescriptions. This role is part of the Finance Operations department, focused on the billing and payment functions for the M3P program. The Finance Operations Quality team partners with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure program members experience the highest quality possible. We are key to the accuracy of monthly billing and additional member-specific communications, taking care to identify areas of risk and closing gaps where members may be negatively impacted. Strategically, we are poised to proactively develop and maintain policies and procedures which will deliver consistently superior performance, encourage objective measurement and results and support an environment of continual improvement.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
