The M3P program is a new Medicare benefit program, assisting seniors with paying for prescriptions. This role is part of the Finance Operations department, focused on the billing and payment functions for the M3P program. The Finance Operations Quality team partners with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure program members experience the highest quality possible. We are key to the accuracy of monthly billing and additional member-specific communications, taking care to identify areas of risk and closing gaps where members may be negatively impacted. Strategically, we are poised to proactively develop and maintain policies and procedures which will deliver consistently superior performance, encourage objective measurement and results and support an environment of continual improvement.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Department and Program-Level performance management support

• Support development and maintenance of baseline data collection processes
• Review/Maintain data collection documentation
• Build/Support dashboard development
• Facilitate regular data collection and measurement activities across internal program teams
• Department and Program-Level documentation support

• Work with M3P teams to observe, document and maintain accurate work procedures
• Support publication review processes
• Actively contribute to improve program quality

• Contribute to the preparation of report outs with key internal business functions
• Support short/long-term remediation quality recommendations across all impacted teams
• Support process capability improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for and execute process and program audits

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working in a prior role supporting business process and data quality improvements
• Experience with process audit support
• Experience in SOP development and maintenance
• Proven ability to flex hours based on teams' project needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a government program
• Experience using Copilot
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in SharePoint administration
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• PowerBI user

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
