The Role:

We're seeking a motivated

Business Planning Intern

to join our team this

Summer 2026

! This internship offers hands-on experience in financial planning & analysis, where you'll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into strategic business planning, data analysis, project management and corporate communication. You'll collaborate with the TMHNA FP&A and Accounting team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

What You'll Be Doing:

Support the Business Planning & Financial Analysis department's various functions, including streamline reporting, communication management, Power BI dashboard creation, and continuous improvement activities for critical business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Highly proficient in data analysis, summarizing, and reporting. Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment. Displays a strong commitment to confidentiality of documents and integrity of the organization. Has the maturity and poise to interact effectively with executives at the highest levels of the organization.

- $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
