We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who has experience in education field to lead this tutoring center. This role is vital in ensuring seamless business processes, driving efficiency, and supporting overall organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations to foster a productive work environment.
Responsibilities
Able to offer consultations to parents and students who need academic support for various purposes
Oversee and supervise teaching staff to maintain quality in instructions
Oversee daily business activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
Ensure students' academic progress by closely monitoring classes
Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement
Experience
Experience in education business operations management or a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of NY education system, schools, and curriculum
Teaching experience would be a plus
Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
