Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of office management, human resources, and financial processes. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining efficient workflows, and supporting team development within a professional environment.

Duties



Manage daily office functions including front desk operations, filing systems, and multi-line phone systems Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments for staff and executives Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives Handle vendor management, including procurement and contract negotiations Oversee bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Coordinate event planning for company meetings, corporate events, and community outreach activities Ensure compliance with human resources policies, manage employee records, and assist with HR-related tasks Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee vendor relationships for office equipment and services Implement efficient administrative procedures to improve productivity and workflow Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service at the front desk

Experience



Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles within a professional setting Supervising experience with team management responsibilities Proficiency in QuickBooks, calendar management tools, and multi-line phone systems Strong background in bookkeeping, payroll administration, budgeting, and vendor management Experience in event planning and coordinating corporate or community events Knowledge of human resources functions including employee onboarding, training & development, and compliance Prior experience managing medical office or similar healthcare-related environments is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
