JOB SUMMARY:

The Business Office Manager provides general operational support. Responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, month-end processes, payroll, administrative services for residents and employees, and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a business office environment, leading administrative and financial responsibilities, preferably in a healthcare environment. Prior Human Resource experience will help you thrive in this role. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
