serving Chester County, PA -- and we're growing! We're looking for a

responsible, organized, and animal-loving Manager / Team Coordinator

to help keep our team running smoothly, our clients happy, and tails wagging all around.

What You'll Do

Recruit, onboard, and support new pet sitters and dog walkers Oversee and help motivate a 15+ member team Coordinate daily schedules and handle last-minute call-outs like a pro Assist with client invoicing and record keeping Maintain accurate client and pet profiles in our management system Respond to client calls, emails, and portal messages with warmth and professionalism Serve as the communication link between our staff and clients Protect sensitive information with discretion Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and visuals using Word, Excel, and Canva Assist the owner with other administrative and operational tasks Fill in as a pet sitter/dog walker if there is a call out

What We're Looking For

Experience managing or coordinating small teams Background in pet sitting and dog walking (a must!) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Great communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Word, Excel, Canva, and Time to Pet Software Detail-oriented and dependable -- you keep things running like clockwork Positive attitude and a genuine love for pets Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends (as early as 730am or as late as 9pm)
