We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient office environment, managing schedules, and supporting our team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Oversee team management, providing guidance and support to staff members. Develop and maintain budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability. Coordinate schedule management for the team, including meetings and appointments. Weekly payroll HR Support Handle vendor management, negotiating contracts and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. Handle A/R and A/P Organize files and ensure proper documentation practices are followed within the office. Utilize Microsoft Office and other systems for financial reporting and bookkeeping tasks as needed. Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements



Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Proficiency in budgeting practices and financial management. Excellent schedule management capabilities with strong organizational skills. Experience in vendor management with effective negotiation skills. Familiarity with calendar management tools and techniques. Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with QuickBooks is preferred but not required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
