Position Overview



We are looking for a rockstar Business Media Sales Representative candidate who has

relative outside sales experience in closing sales deals. They are able to generate sales

leads to bring on new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. This

candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal

membership solution with Wed Society | El Paso + Mesilla Valley. The ideal candidate

will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding

outlined goals.

Responsibilities



?Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting, building a full pipeline and selling

membership to new accounts.

?Conduct virtual & in person meetings with accounts to close deals.

?Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction through strong

relationships to ensure long term success.

?Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.

?Manage day-to-day communication and member queries.

?Manage the Paid Marketing Advertisements to include managing and reviewing

SEO Google Analytics.

?Sell advertising pages to members in the Wed Society magazine.?

Conduct internal member audits to report on website performance and social

analytics.

?Coordinate the selection and collection of advertisements and wedding features

for print and digital mediums.

?Assist with editing the Book of Weddings prior to sending it to print.

?Plan and coordinate the annual Book of Weddings release event and the Wed

Society Connect business learning event.

Qualifications



?2-3 years of sales experience

?Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and

practices

?Strong client service relationship-building skills

?Proven work experience as successful Business Development Rep, Sales

Account Executive or similar role

?Excellent communication (verbal, written & presentation), negotiation, and

closing skills

?Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient

?Proficient in customer relationship management software such as Hubspot

?Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them

?Experience in managing a book of business

?Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?Strong organizational multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail

?Passion for creating and maintaining strong community relationships.

The Business Media Sales Representative will work from home. This position



does require occasional in person client visits and occasional travel for special



events in the market. This is a Salary + Commission position.
