Job Summary

As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate management and reporting of the location's financial reporting as well as managing human resources tasks to ensure compliance and support.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of financial goals and targets
Working with regional and operations finance team to implement financial optimization programs
Working with operations teams to help them understand financial data and take actions to drive improvements where necessary
Working with location leader to continually refine and update weekly location financial forecasts
Completing the 'MSR' each day and producing a balanced month end 'MSR'
Managing an accurate and timely month-end close process
Developing and implementing recruitment/staffing plans for the location in partnership with managers
Ensuring all Levy and legal standards, such as I9 documents, are completed in a timely manner
- Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures- Overseeing onboarding and orientation training for new team members- Leading efforts around employee engagement and retention at the location
Ensuring efficient and welcoming employee check-in experience
- Partnering with the location leadership team to develop and deploy an employee engagement action plan- Assisting managers with employee investigation and progressive discipline procedures as needed and working with Regional HR to determine outcomes
Moves between strategic and operational thinking to execute strategy
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Experience in a Human Resources preferred
Operational experience in food and beverage is preferred
High level of computer literacy
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
