We're growing fast and looking for a driven, people-focused Business Management Trainee to join our New London team and grow into a future leadership role.

This is a hands-on position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to build a career in business management. As a Business Management Trainee, you'll be trained directly by senior leadership, gain exposure to different areas of the business, and play a key role in driving client results from day one.

Business Management Trainee Responsibilities:

Guide customers through tailored product solutions with clarity and professionalism Strengthen customer relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term retention Identify cross-selling opportunities that align with customer needs Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and uphold Business Management Trainee compliance standards Stay informed on product updates and market trends to drive strategy Analyze daily performance metrics and translate insights into action Collaborate with Business Management Trainee team members and leadership to solve client challenges

Business Management Trainee Skills & Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Natural problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized in a deadline-driven setting Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn Willingness to commute to our New London office
