Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Business Intelligence (BI) Developer skilled at using data analytics and technology to prepare and present valuable business information for all levels of leadership in a healthcare revenue cycle setting.

The BI Developer will be a key member of the analytics team, responsible for the update of relevant data, modification of existing data visualizations, and creation of new visualizations. This role will require database querying and the opportunity to create new database queries to fulfill data needs. Experience with data ingestion and integration would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, maintain, and customize analytic views using BI tools

Collaborate with clients to obtain design and requirements, train on dashboards, and gather feedback

Create and maintain BI scripts, custom logic, and data sets to drive visualizations

Ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and reliability

Support the design of ETLs, data model(s), warehouse, and technical documentation

Understand the business and industry and client requirements to effectively deliver dashboards

Document algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

Inspect, transform, and ingest data sets

Adhere to and drive compliance, privacy, confidentiality, and security standards

Strong technical skills or aptitude in analytics infrastructure, architecture, BI applications, programming languages, usability principles

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field
