Within our Corporate Supply Chain Finance & Reporting team located in Denver \xe2\x80\x93 Leprino is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to move our organization to an even larger level of dairy ingredient and nutrition growth! At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $85,000 and $100,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.
The BI Analyst I will drive the development of high-quality improvement results to completion on multiple implementations simultaneously. The BI Analyst I will also perform all the traditional duties of a Business Analyst (developing specifications, testing, training etc.) and work independently on more complex functions. Ultimately, this role is accountable for defining the functional specifications to new and existing BI reports.
  • Facilitates workgroup sessions.
  • Leads clients through intensive investigation into current business practices and procedures.
  • Acts as liaison between project team and other functions to bring clarification and consistency of project needs.
  • Ensures that Project Strategy is aligned with key functional and technical partners.
  • Provides daily/weekly updates to the Associate Director of Enterprise Reporting on workstream progress and roadblocks if applicable.
  • Leads training activities with the Local Business Owner. This will include but not be limited to development of training documentation, training delivery, and assistance with Change and Communication activities.
  • Builds strong and trusted relationships with our business clients.
  • Explores and makes recommendations to the Enterprise Reporting function and multi-functional departments for areas of continuous improvements in modeling, accounting, and financial reporting.
You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in either Business (Analytical nature including Accounting, Finance), Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient with ad-hoc reporting tools. Primarily Microsoft Excel & pivot table functionality.
  • Thorough understanding of business activities from both a corporate and plant level.
  • Familiar with important metrics, measures, and related analytics.
  • The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems source systems (SAP preferred).
  • Intermediate understanding of database design and data warehousing concepts.
