Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and problem-solving. If you're passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making, we encourage you to apply.
Job Duties
Experience Develop tools and visualizations across reporting platforms to support business operations.
Build and support scalable data architectures, including Analysis Services models, data warehouses, and Lakehouse solutions.
Implement row-level security and manage Power BI application security layers.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
Publish scheduled reports and deliver insights.
Collaborate with business units, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and strategies, gather requirements, and implement solutions aligned with business intelligence goals.
Stay current with BI technologies and updates to continuously improve BI solutions.
Ensure data governance and security compliance within all reporting tools
Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field; related certifications (e.g., CBIP, Microsoft Certified) a plus
3-5 years of experience as a BI Analyst or similar role
Proficient in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and data visualization tools
Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and Analysis Services
Skilled in Excel, Access, Word; experience with Tabular Editor, Reports Now, or JDE preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
