This is a client-focused position with an emphasis on servicing and supporting our valued business accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and service existing commercial and small business insurance accounts
Process certificates of insurance and handle policy changes accurately and efficiently
Assist clients with billing inquiries and payment processing
Respond to client needs via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
Maintain organized records and documentation for each account
Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Ensure timely follow-up on all service requests
Support the agency team with additional administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
*2+ years of experience in commercial or business insurance required*
*Property & Casualty License required*
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable with basic math and billing calculations
Excellent people skills--friendly, patient, and professional
Outstanding multitasking ability
Experience processing certificates of insurance (preferred)
Confident and clear phone communication skills
Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated
Prior insurance office or customer service experience a plus
