As a Business Hybrid Administrator Specialist, you will be the backbone of our organization, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to both our team and clients. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running efficiently. You'll manage the Customer Relationship System, hiring, marketing, assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks and scheduling jobs. Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and maintain records. What you'll do



Manage operations, greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor Handle incoming calls on multi-line phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments Maintain office management tasks including filing, data entry, and document proofreading Provide administrative support to team members by managing calendars and scheduling appointments Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial records Offer exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs promptly Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks and documentation Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Basic qualifications



Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and record-keeping Excellent phone etiquette and customer service experience

Preferred qualifications



Previous experience is highly desirable Familiarity with calendar management and personal assistant responsibilities Background in office management or administrative roles is a plus
