Position Overview
Dustless Technologies is seeking a motivated Business Development & Inside Sales Representative to help us expand our distributor and retail network across the U.S. This hybrid role blends business development (outbound prospecting, appointment setting, pipeline building) with inside sales (handling inbound calls, processing quotes, and supporting current accounts). The goal is to drive new distributor partnerships, expand wallet share with existing accounts, and deliver a steady flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development (Outbound)
Research and prospect into target distributor accounts.
Execute structured outreach campaigns (calls, email sequences via Apollo.io, LinkedIn touches).
Schedule qualified discovery meetings with Tier A/B target accounts.
Maintain accurate notes, contacts, and activity tracking in CRM.
Consistently build pipeline across priority accounts (565+ locations identified).
Inside Sales (Inbound)
Answer inbound phone calls/emails and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide product information, pricing, and basic technical support.
Generate and follow up on quotes, ensuring timely customer response.
Convert warm leads and inbound interest into active opportunities.
Support channel partners and distributors with order status updates and product details.
Daily Activities (Typical Day)
40-50 outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Add 5-10 new contacts into Apollo.io sequences.
Take 3-5 inbound customer calls, process quotes, and handle requests.
Book 6-8 qualified meetings per week for sales leadership.
Provide weekly reporting on activity, pipeline growth, and market insights.
Qualifications
1-3 years of sales experience (inside sales, BDR/SDR, or customer support with sales focus) preferred not required
Strong communication skills (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Comfortable handling both inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Preferred not required
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of construction supply, safety, or industrial distribution is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate: $19-23/hr based on experience.
Full-time role (Mon-Thu 7am-5pm, Fri 8am-12pm).
Eligible for performance incentives based on pipeline and sales growth.
