About the Role



Indusa is looking for a proactive, relationship-driven professional to join our growing team.
In this hybrid role, you'll combine inside sales, client relationship management, purchasing coordination, and field-based business development to help us serve and expand our network of industrial, life sciences, and energy clients.

You'll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams -- ensuring every project runs smoothly from quote to delivery, while uncovering new opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do



Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across assigned accounts. Manage the full sales cycle -- from quoting and order entry to delivery follow-up and support. Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and accounting to ensure seamless execution. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and client visits. Present Indusa's solutions for process equipment, valves, piping, and fluid-handling systems. Track activity and pipeline updates in the CRM and report progress to management. Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and new client needs.

What We're Looking For



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or industrial distribution. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and client interactions daily. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Willingness to travel locally and occasionally to LATAM or mainland U.S. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
