About the Role

We're looking for a driven, independent, and entrepreneurial Business Development Sales Representative to generate and close their own sales opportunities. This is a commission-only role designed for high performers who want full control of their income, schedule, pipeline, and success.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, door-to-door outreach, social media, referral building, and local partnerships. Build and maintain your own consistent pipeline of qualified leads. Develop creative strategies to self-generate opportunities in your territory.

Sales & Closing

Run your own appointments--qualify prospects, build rapport, present solutions, and close deals using Queen City Painting and Decorating's sales process and estimating system. Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and post-proposal communication. Track all activity and pipeline updates in the company CRM.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (home services, real estate, solar, roofing, painting, etc. preferred). Highly self-motivated with the ability to run your own day without supervision. Comfortable with cold outreach and confident in the field. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. A true hunter mentality--driven, competitive, persistent, and creative.

Compensation

Commission-Only. Unlimited earning potential!

Commission paid on every self-generated deal that you close. Top reps should expect to earn

$100,000 - $250,000

annually by maintaining a consistent pipeline. Full transparency: You eat what you kill. No cap, no micromanagement, no limits.
