PodcastVideos.com helps B2B companies turn their ideas into conversational video content, from product development walk-throughs and executive insight videos to internal communications and scroll-stopping social media ads. This is a fast-moving, collaborative environment where early-career designers can learn quickly, experiment with AI, and see their work used in real client conversations.

The Business Development team is ultimately responsible for driving revenue for PodcastVideos.com. Revenue will occur from, but is not limited to, informing and educating potential customers about the power of video and social media and then matching our products and services in a way to provide value to the customer. In order to drive increasing revenue demands, the Employee will perform all necessary actions, including but not limited to:

Research through all available means to identify prospects "Cold calling" utilizes all available channels, such as phone, email, social media, etc. Attend community networking events Presenting company capabilities, programs, and pricing with individuals and small and large groups Meeting with potential customers and negotiating services, terms, and pricing Writing contracts Closing opportunities by receiving signatures and all necessary information for proper billing Utilizing the company's CRM platform Zoho for all leads, contacts, opportunities, and closed won and lost deals. Utilizing Zoho to run sales reports to communicate to greater team about pipelines Coordinate with the greater team about innovative opportunities with clients and provide valuable client feedback to improve new sales and renewals. Coordinating with the marketing team for additional help in marketing and prospecting of clients. Other assignments and duties that the Employer may reasonably assign to Employee from time to time and that are consistent with Employee's job title.
