Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest in our products and services
Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations with decision-makers across various industries
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales pipelines
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that maximize engagement and conversion rates
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within CRM systems
Skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales environments
Excellent telemarketing and outbound calling abilities with a focus on warm calling techniques
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales processes
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly
Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex solutions simply
Customer service orientation combined with proactive business development skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting
