We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive business development efforts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and support the closing process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices for outbound calling.
Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.
Knowledge of marketing strategies that support business development initiatives is desirable.
