Responsibilities



Initiate outbound calls and warm leads to introduce our products and services, fostering new business relationships Conduct engaging telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified sales opportunities and set appointments for the sales team Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and follow-up activities Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that attract potential clients and increase brand awareness Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage sales activities efficiently Engage in technical sales discussions, clearly articulating product benefits and solutions tailored to client needs Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting company objectives

Skills



Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on outbound calling strategies Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines Ability to conduct telemarketing and warm calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism Knowledge of technical sales processes, including understanding product features and translating them into client benefits Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
