You'll Thrive Here If You...



Have

3-5 years

in sales, marketing, or BD (or you just hustle like you do) Are

outgoing, approachable, and love a good conversation

Know your way around a

CRM or mobile sales app

Are equal parts

strategic planner and friendly go-getter

Can juggle calendars, coffee chats, and KPIs like a pro Are

reliable, curious, and always one step ahead

Are ready to

build your personal brand while growing ours


Bonus Points

for experience in construction, restoration, insurance, or IICRC certification. But really--we're more about attitude than acronyms.

Projected Total Compensation: $60,808.00 - $92,954.00 per year
