Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Business Development Representative

to grow our presence in the Phoenix market. This role focuses on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue with general contractors, project managers, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, construction managers, and industrial clients Identify new project opportunities and track upcoming work in the Phoenix market Generate leads through site visits, calls, networking, and industry events Work closely with operations and estimating teams to develop solutions for clients Maintain accurate records of activity, contacts, and opportunities Represent Action Scaffolding professionally on job sites and in meetings

Qualifications

3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience (construction industry preferred) Knowledge of commercial or industrial construction processes Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Scaffold, access, or construction services experience is a plus
